A find wasn't recognised
Try again with the thing filling more of the frame and good light. If the checker still misses it, use "Trust me" (twice per hunt); honor finds show as yellow squares in your grid.
Restoring a purchase
Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with.
Cancelling a subscription
On iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google handles Google Play refunds through Google Play Help. We can't issue store refunds ourselves.
