Case management and service-navigation apps

Workforce boards, social-service agencies and clinics share one problem: getting each person to the right program and keeping them moving. We build the tools for that: need-based navigation for the public, intake and referral forms, client records and follow-ups for staff, and reminders by text, all built around your workflow rather than a generic CRM.

What's included

  • Guided "what do you need?" navigation that routes by need, not program name
  • Intake, referral and interest forms that land in the right team's queue
  • Client records, notes, follow-ups and role-based staff access
  • Two-way, consent-based texting for reminders and next steps
  • Staff dashboards and reports for funders and boards
  • Integrations with scheduling, forms and existing systems where an API is available

How it works

  1. 01Free consultation. A 30-minute call about what you want to build, who it's for and what matters most.
  2. 02Scope and quote. A clear plan with the features, timeline and price, so you know what you're getting before we start.
  3. 03Design and build. Short cycles with working builds you can try and regular progress updates along the way.
  4. 04Launch and grow. Store submission or go-live, then analytics, subscriptions and improvements, the same way we run our own apps.

Common questions

Have you built for a workforce board or social-service agency before?

Not a workforce board yet, and we'd rather say so. The closest work is custom CRMs built around a team's own workflow (LaurelCRM for Laurel Medical), a virtual-care platform with patient apps, secure records and messaging (MD Virtual Care), a field app and customer portal with proof of service (Community Concierge Services), and review-request and lead-routing automation for a multi-location service business.

Can you connect to our state case-management system?

Only with that system's approved API access and your written authorization, and we'll tell you early if a connection isn't realistic. Where there's no API, we design an export or notification hand-off so staff aren't typing things twice.

How do you handle personal information?

We collect only what each step needs, encrypt data in transit and at rest, give staff role-based access with an audit log, and set retention and deletion rules with you before launch.

Why custom instead of an off-the-shelf case-management product?

If an existing product fits, we'll say so. Custom makes sense when your programs, funders and reporting don't match a template, or when you need a public-facing app that a back-office product doesn't provide.
