Restoring Plus
On Android open Settings › Plus › Restore purchases; on iPhone open the Plus panel and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Google or Apple account you bought with.
Cancelling a subscription
On iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google handles Google Play refunds through Google Play Help. We can't issue store refunds ourselves.
Moving to a new phone
Export an encrypted backup from the app's settings, then restore it on the new phone with the same passphrase.
